Warm-up
2 rounds:
• 10 Mountain Climbers
• 10 Air Squats
• 200 m Run

3 rounds:
• 30 sec Downward Facing Dog
• 30 sec Upward Facing Dog
• 30 sec Butterfly Stretch
• 30 sec Straddle Stretch

Weightlifting
Snatch
• 5 reps at 65% of 1RM
• 3 reps at 75% of 1RM
• 1+ reps at 85% of 1RM

10 min E2MOM:
• 1 Power Snatch
• 1 Hang Power Snatch
• 1 Squat Snatch
• 1 Overhead Squat

Start with 40% of 1RM for snatch and increase by 10% each round to finish around 80%.

Clean & Jerk
• 5 reps at 65% of 1RM
• 3 reps at 75% of 1RM
• 1+ reps at 85% of 1RM

10 min EMOM:
• 1 Push Press
• 1 Push Jerk
• 1 Split Jerk

Start with 40% of 1RM Push Press and increase by 5% each round. Goal: finish at 85% 1RM.
