Strength
Week 17/18: 5/3/1 EMOM
10 min E2MOM:

• 4 Bench Press
• 4 Strict Pull-ups

Every 2 min for 10 min (5 rounds), perform 4 reps of bench and 2 pull-ups. Start with ~55% of 1RM for bench press and increase by 5% each round to finish around ~75/80%.

10 min EMOM:
• 4 Back Squats
• 4 Push-ups
• 4 Air Squats

Recommended weight: 70% 1RM

Core
