Warm-up

Strength
Bench Press
• 5 reps at 40% of 1RM
• 5 reps at 50% of 1RM
• 5 reps at 60% of 1RM

Weighted Pull-ups
• 5 reps at 40% of 1RM
• 5 reps at 50% of 1RM
• 5 reps at 60% of 1RM

Deadlift
